    3. Measure the parts and correct them to the drawing tolerance.

      • Inspect the ground faces for cracks.
    2. Set up the superfinishing machine (Supfina):
      • Adjust the drivers to the ring size and centre it.
      • Choose the right abrasive stone for each ring type.
      • Program the machine parameters.
    3. Set up the lathe (Danobat LT-400S):
      • Adjust the drivers to the ring size and centre it.
      • Choose the right turning tools for each ring.
      • Measure the rings on the CMM and correct the size to the drawing tolerance.
    4. Assemble bearings and inspect the rings before assembly.

    3. Set up the lathe with the required tools.
    4. Test the program and debug it when needed.
    5. Measure and inspect the parts.
    6. Prepare and measure the tools for the machining centre.
    7. Optimise existing programs.
